Beautiful Villa Rumah Sungai
“Villa Rumah Sungai” is a beautiful villa a few minutes drive from the busy part of Ubud. Lots of open spaces, huge pool long enough for laps, large bedrooms and bathrooms… more than enough space for our group of a few families with young children. But what really makes this place special is the villa manager Edy Wirawan and his team. Starting from our late night pickup from the airport until our last few minutes at the villa we felt secure and well taken care of. Edy arranged for everything we needed and wanted – massages, tours, cooks for our meals at the villa, and even chauffeured us to different restaurants and supermarkets in the villa’s own 7 passenger van. The villa is really very nice, but it was Edy and his team of caretakers that makes Rumah Sungai awesome. Strongly recommended.”

“We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our 10 day stay in Bali for our honeymoon! It was beautiful. The villa looks just like the pictures. Felt very secure as my husband went out late to get us food. The staff was great especially the manager and driver Edy! He is very knowledgable and truly kind. He took us to places we didn’t even know we needed to see. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time. Very quiet and tranquil. Wish we stayed here longer! And also Jacqueline from the booking agency communicates well throughout the entire process. To be honoust i am a very picky person so for me to give such a high review you know this is the place to be. Thanks for such a great time. We will be back sooner than you think ❤️❤️❤️

Het wauw effect!!
Zondag 2 juni tot 8 juni hebben wij met Tommy, Esther, Monique en ondergetekende een schitterende tijd gehad in Villa Rumah Sungai!
Voor Monique en mij de eerste keer in Bali. Het was voor ons een hele nieuwe ervaring als echte kampeerders.
Bij binnenkomst ontstond al direct het wauw effect en dat is de gehele week niet meer verdwenen. Een schitterend aangelegde tuin , een zwembad met whirlpool en diverse mooie uitzichten over de rijstvelden. Met een grote glimlach op ons gezicht de hele week beleeft als in een droom waarbij wij ons zelf diverse malen in de arm hebben geknepen. Zo mooi allemaal!
Indrukwekkend was ook het gedenkteken voor de gasten die in vlucht MH 17 hebben gezeten. Een slikmoment…
De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en erg stijlvol ingericht.
De personeelsstaf was super behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk maar ook onzichtbaar zowel in huis als in de tuin. Het werk werd ongemerkt uitgevoerd. Een complimentje! De hele week heeft Edy ( de beheerder) ons op aanvraag weggebracht naar mooie bezienswaardigheden in en rond Ubud.
Kortom een top locatie , top omgeving en een top vakantie! We komen zeker nog een keer terug. Wauw !😘😀
